Pilot Flying J has rolled out its revamped ‘myPilot’ web app touting an easier user interface, time-saving information and transaction features geared toward all of its driving customers.

The Knoxville, Tenn.-based company, which has more than 750 locations throughout the U.S. and Canada, asked customers at several of its locations which features in a mobile app would be most useful in saving them time and money.

The result is a new-and-improved app that offers cleaner layout screens and an enhanced My Rewards feature, making for a simpler and better guest experience — no matter what type of guest.

The app groups consumers into three profiles — professionals, RV travelers and car drivers. But users can switch between those profiles to match each trip they take. Every driver can customize preferred stops and amenities, too, as well as in-app offers.

Professionals can book mobile fueling and Prime Parking in advance, and even reserve a shower.

Pilot Flying J said the app makes doing business from the road easier with improved messaging services to stay on top of weather-related and other issues, a mobile wallet and transaction history that help keep expenses organized, and one-button calling for Pilot Flying J Truck Care.

All users can access and save deals featured on the app, including ‘myPilot’ launch celebration specials throughout April. The new-look Pilot Flying J app is available for both Apple and Android mobile devices.
