The retailer officially opened its first location in Indiana.

Tulsa, Okla.-based QuikTrip has announced the opening of its first store in Indiana, located in Daleville.

“After 67 years in business we finally decided to make our way to The Hoosier State,” the retailer shared via social media. “Say hello to the newest QT, Indiana!”

Daleville, Ind., is roughly 45 minutes northeast of Indianapolis. With this store addition, QuikTrip now operates over 1,000 locations across 20 U.S. states.

2025 Moves
QuikTrip has been introducing new locations at a steady pace in 2025. To kick things off in February, the retailer opened its 17th store in Colorado, located in Aurora.

“We are excited to bring QuikTrip’s signature commitment to quality and efficient service to Aurora,” said QuikTrip Corporate Communications Manager Aisha Jefferson at the time. “The QuikTrip team is working hard to ensure our customers enjoy best-in-class service and amenities from day one, and we look forward to continuing our reputation as a good neighbor throughout the Denver metro area.”

The new store brought in approximately two dozen jobs to the Aurora community.

Later in February, QuikTrip tacked on its sixth Tennessee c-store in Ooltewah, which featured a full-service QT Kitchen with freshly prepared grab-and-go items and custom-made menu items. QT Kitchen customer favorites include warm, soft pretzels, custom breakfast tacos, hardwood smoked BBQ sandwiches, cold brew coffee and frozen treats like QT’s QuikShake.

Over the last 66 years, QT has grown its footprint to more than 1,100 stores across 20 states with over 31,000 employees.

QuikTrip gives back to the communities it serves, donating 5% of net profits to charitable organizations in those communities. To further affirm its commitment to giving back, last month, the retailer teamed up with the Kansas City Royals and vintage t-shirt company Charlie Hustle to benefit the Royals Literacy League Program.

Launched in 2024, Royals Literacy League was designed to inspire and build joy around reading and literacy for students in public schools in Kansas City, while providing additional support to, and appreciation for, the educators who serve them. In partnership with QuikTrip, The Kansas City Royals Foundation supports the nine Royals Literacy League pilot schools with more than $3.7 million in grants over the next four years. These grants will bolster literacy efforts, including providing instructional coaches and intensive tutoring, with a goal to increase literacy rates in Royals Literacy League schools by at least 10 percentage points.

“We are incredibly proud to have the opportunity to help support this amazing initiative by the Royals and QuikTrip,” said Charlie Hustle President and CEO Greg Moore. “Our Communi-TEE Program was designed to support our local partners and find ways to help fundraise their missions of changing lives in our community. The Royals Literacy League is impacting so many young lives across the city and we can’t wait to see the future of this program and what opportunities it creates.”

QuikTrip continues to grow its footprint in 2025, all without losing sight of its values and community principles.
