NRC Realty & Capital Advisors LLC (NRC) announced that it has sold four Chevron-brandon convenience stores in Louisiana on behalf of Retif Oil & Fuel LLC.
Founded in 1965 and headquartered in Harvey, La., Retif Oil & Fuel LLC is a family-owned business that has been operated by three generations of the Retif family.
The stores are located in New Iberia, St. Martinville and Hammond, La. and range from 3,000 to 4,700 square feet and are on lots from .4 to 1.2 acres. Sites are being sold with or without supply.
“These are attractive properties,” said NRC Executive Managing Director Evan Gladstone. “With the intense consolidation in the convenience stores industry, we expect spirited bidding from individual operators and local jobbers.”
NRC provides real estate and financial advisory services to the convenience store and petroleum industries and specializes in the accelerated sale of commercial real estate. Since its inception in 1989, NRC has sold more than 15,000 properties.
