Scotsman Ice Systems has appointed Chris Salatino as vice president of engineering.
Salatino is a graduate of Marquette University. He recently served as product development group engineering manager for Sears Holdings Corp. His previous 11 years of foodservice industry experience includes engineering roles at McDonald’s Corp., Pepsi-Cola Co. and Scotsman Ice Systems.
