The Pennsylvania chains joined forces to donate a combined 600 lunches and a combined $4,000 to Feed More in Richmond, Va.

Sheetz and Wawa teamed up to donate a combined 600 lunches as well as a combined $4,000 to Feed More in Richmond, Va. Lunches included a turkey sandwich, cookie, fruit cup, string cheese and a bottle of water.

“In times like these, it is essential that we come together to help those who are struggling in the communities we serve,” said Joe Sheetz, CEO of Sheetz. “That is why we are partnering with Wawa to make these donations to Feed More. Through this partnership, our hope is to support and help an even greater amount of people impacted by this pandemic and ensure that food is not included on their list of worries during this very challenging time.”

Feed More collects, prepares and distributes food to neighbors in need throughout Central Virginia. With a service area that stretches across 34 counties and cities, Feed More’s comprehensive programs and network of nearly 300 agencies helps ensure our communities have access to healthy meals. Feed More is a proud member of Feeding America and Meals on Wheels America.
