Rockland, Mass.-based Tedeschi Food Shops continues its aggressive efforts to update its New England locations. Just recently it renovated two more stores-bringing the total of remodeled stores to eight in 2010.

The two stores, located at 1 Bridle Road in Billerica and 210 Boston Street in Chelmsford, Mass., are now offering fresh food items like the TD’s Deli Express lines of premium sandwiches, delicious wraps, and freshly-made salads. The stores also continue to provide variety of snacks and beverages, as well as premium hot and iced Green Mountain coffee.

Customers celebrated the store’s new look at Tedeschi’s Customer Appreciation events held at both stores on Friday, July 9.  In addition to sales on best-selling items, visitors were treated to samples from Vita Coco, Sunkist, Venom Energy, Snapple, Garelick Farms, Red Bull, HyDrive and Nantucket Nectars.

Frito Lay snacks were on hand, as an accompaniment to the TD’s Deli Express sandwiches and Kayem’s Fenway Franks. WEEI Sports Radio Network’s street team provided the crowd with sports trivia and dance music, while the crew from Canobie Lake Park was on hand with games and prizes for all ages. Customers in Chelmsford purchased hot dogs for charity, with all proceeds going towards the Pan Mass Challenge.

Tedeschi Food Shops looks forward to strengthening its bond with the citizens of Chelmsford and Billerica by offering their neighbors a clean, convenient place to shop and continuing to support the community whenever possible.

Tedeschi Food Shops operates 189 convenience store locations throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Connecticut.
