The CStore Decisions 40 Under 40 is an annual recognition program that highlights and honors emerging leaders under the age of 40 within the convenience store industry. This list showcases individuals who are making significant contributions to their companies and the industry as a whole. These honorees typically demonstrate exceptional leadership, innovation and dedication, serving as rising stars poised to influence the future of the convenience retail sector.
The recognition often spans roles such as operations, marketing, supply chain, technology and more within convenience store chains and related organizations.

All nominees must be employed by a company that owns/operates convenience stores and/or gas stations.
The official nomination period for CStore Decisions’ 40 Under 40 Leaders to Watch list runs from Aug. 1 to Sept. 20. Watch for e-blasts from CStore Decisions requesting nominations. If you know of an individual who deserves to be considered, anyone can nominate themselves, a peer, a colleague or a customer.
Individuals who are selected for the next class of 40 Under 40 will be notified in late fall. The induction ceremony is in early December. The 2026 Class of 40 Under 40 will be celebrated at our virtual gala on Dec. 2, 2026.
