Jensen Meat Co. launched the Butcher Stick, a plant-based, shelf-stable take on the classic meat stick. Available in Pepperoni Style and Teriyaki Style flavors, the new snack replicates the meaty taste and appearance of its animal-based counterparts with the advantages of clean-label and natural ingredients. The Pepperoni Style flavor contains 100 calories per serving and a medium level of heat, while the Teriyaki Style SKU contains 90 calories per serving and offers a milder flavor. Both varieties have four grams of protein per stick and a 12-month shelf life from the date of production.
