Tyson Foods announced new innovations within its Foodservice Poultry business. The company is expanding its poultry portfolio with Tyson Pitmaster Chicken, which is a new line of naturally hardwood smoked, fully cooked chicken products, along with new products in the Tyson Red Label Authentically Crispy Chicken line and Tyson Flame Grilled Chicken Wings.

The Tyson Pitmaster Chicken line includes fully cooked thigh pieces and jumbo bone-in chicken wing sections, both forms available in All Natural Naturally Smoked and Naturally Smoked Sweet Heat Dry Rub varieties. The chicken thigh pieces feature flavorful dark meat with variable piece sizes for a made-in-house appearance, while the jumbo bone-in wings offer a larger wing format. The Sweet Heat Dry Rub options feature a sweet and spicy dry rub made from a blend of spices and herbs inspired by regional barbecue traditions.

In addition, Tyson Foods has expanded its Tyson Red Label Authentically Crispy Chicken line with uncooked breaded Chicken Breast Chunks in Original and Spicy flavor varieties. Made with whole muscle chicken and a hand-breaded texture, these products deliver the signature crunch the line is known for. The new Tyson Fully Cooked Unbreaded Flame Grilled Bone-In Chicken Wing Sections will also be introduced as part of the company’s expanded poultry offerings. These jumbo wings have visible char marks and a “just-grilled” flavor, and they can be served plain or easily customized with sauces or dry rubs.
