As technology continues to play an increasingly crucial role in the future of the c-store industry, retailers who are prepared now will reap the rewards in the coming years. At this year’s CStore Momentum conference, hosted by Chestnut Market, a panel of experts will gather in Tarrytown, N.Y., on Aug. 20 to talk about the latest technology innovations shaping the c-store landscape.
Panelists will include Jackie Halas, VP of business IT, Global Partners; Dana Moloney, chief operating officer, Warrenton Oil; and Abigail Cerra, director of marketing, loyalty and communications at Chestnut Market.
From evolving loyalty programs and the rise of retail media networks to advancements in delivery and order-ahead capabilities, panelists will share how they are leveraging these tools to enhance customer engagement, drive growth and stay competitive in a rapidly changing landscape.
“CStore Momentum is an event designed exclusively for emerging convenience retail executives in their 20s, 30s and early 40s,” explained Erin Del Conte, editor-in-chief, CStore Decisions. “The event provides an opportunity to connect with industry peers who are facing similar challenges and opportunities, explore the trends transforming the industry, and gain fresh insights to bring back to their organizations, all while strengthening their leadership skills. Technology is one of many hot topics we’ll cover during the educational sessions and attendees will get to see Chestnut’s tech in action on the closing day of the conference.”
The show will continue with additional educational sessions, burning issue exchanges where attendees can discuss leadership topics with peers, networking opportunities, a look behind the scenes at Chestnut’s operations and a keynote address from Wawa’s Director of Store Operations Jason Read.
Plus, on the final day of the event, attendees will get the opportunity to participate in guided store tours across some of Tarrytown’s premier c-stores, including Chestnut Market’s award-winning The Hutch location, where attendees will enjoy lunch.
