Johnsonville launched new innovations:
Beef & Pork Blend Hot Dog: A foodservice offering built to help operators manage rising beef costs without asking customers to give up anything they love about a classic hot dog. The blend performs consistently across roller grill, flat-top and other cooking methods, giving operators flexibility across every setup, and holds its flavor through peak hours to reduce waste and support high-volume windows.
Chili Cheese Ultimate Sausage: This classic chili-spiced sausage blends cumin, coriander and creamy Wisconsin cheddar and finishes with mild heat. Crafted from a coarse-ground sausage base, the Chili Cheese Ultimate Sausage is fully cooked and roller grill-warmed. It pairs easily into existing roller grill lineups and sides programs, requiring no new equipment or menu overhaul. The Chili Cheese Ultimate Sausage will be available at c-store and retail locations nationwide beginning Jan. 1, 2027.
Johnsonville Summer Sausage Snack Slices: A grab-and-go format that delivers flavor sliced and ready. Made with premium pork and beef and no fillers, the pre-sliced, single-serve packages are shelf stable and ready for cooler merchandising or impulse purchase throughout any store. Summer Sausage Snack Slices are available in two flavors: Original Summer Sausage Snack Slices and Beddar with Cheddar Summer Sausage Snack Slices.
Johnsonville Spicy Dill Pickle Flavored Ultimate Sausage, inspired by Grillo’s Pickles: The new item combines bright pickle flavor with savory caraway, garlic and a kick of red pepper. Crafted to deliver the tangy, dill-forward profile Grillo’s is known for in a roller grill format, the new sausage is pre-cooked and roller grill-ready. It pairs easily with the toppings and condiments c-stores already stock, requiring no new equipment or menu overhaul.
