The move takes ExtraMile's ordering and delivery capabilities "to the next level," according to head of marketing Rob Falciani.

ExtraMile recently announced that it has selected Vroom Delivery as its online ordering and delivery partner, giving its more than 1,200 ExtraMile franchisees access to a digital commerce platform built specifically for convenience retail.

Through the collaboration, franchisees are able to reach customers across third-party marketplaces including DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub, while automatically bringing their full in-store inventory online and helping to reduce the work required from store teams.

“At ExtraMile, we’re always looking for ways to give our franchisees access to the tools that can help them grow their businesses,” said Rob Falciani, head of marketing at ExtraMile. “Teaming up with Vroom Delivery takes our online ordering and delivery capabilities to the next level, making it easier to capture incremental business while automating much of the work behind the scenes so store teams can stay focused on serving their customers.”

Participating ExtraMile franchisees can now replace one-size-fits-all menus with dynamic assortments based on what is actually available at each location. This allows franchisees to merchandise far more of their stores online.

“Being convenient in 2026 means meeting customers on their terms, including those moments when they don’t plan to visit a store,” said Falciani. “We’ve already seen this technology help retailers sell significantly more products, and we’re excited to make it available across the ExtraMile network. We believe there’s a big opportunity ahead for franchisees to grow their online ordering and delivery business.”

ExtraMile is a joint venture owned by Chevron U.S.A. Inc. and Jacksons Food Stores. The ExtraMile network is made up of more than 1,200 franchised convenience stores licensed to brand in Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, North Carolina, New Mexico, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.
