Love’s has announced the opening of its newest travel stop in Rock Falls, Ill., located along Interstate 88 and State Route 40. The new site has 85 truck parking spaces and provides free parking for customers, “helping to address the national truck parking shortage,” according to a statement from the retailer.
So far in 2026, Love’s has added 1,076 truck parking spaces across the country.
Located between Love’s Rochelle, Ill., location and the Iowa state border, the new location in Rock Falls provides a stop for professional drivers, RVers and motorists navigating Interstate 88 and State Route 40 in northern Illinois.
“This expansion directly supports the regional and national supply chain by adding essential truck parking and fueling capacity along a heavy freight corridor where reliable, clean amenities are vital for driver safety and transport efficiency,” the statement continued.
As a new Love’s location, the Rock Falls travel stop has space allocated for EV chargers, allowing Love’s to partner with local utility companies to install charging stations should customer demand arise.
In honor of the grand opening in Rock Falls, Love’s will donate $5,000 to the Sauk Valley Foodbank and $5,000 to Stead Family Children’s Hospital. Additionally, Love’s district managers work with eligible nonprofits in their area to make donations through community grants on an annual basis.
