John Rudolfs will continue to serve as the company's sole CEO.

After almost 30 years with Parker’s Kitchen, co-CEO Brandon Hofmann has decided to step away to “pursue other opportunities,” the retailer shared in a statement to CStore Decisions.

Parker’s confirmed that Hofmann’s last day was Sept. 4 and that John Rudolfs, former co-CEO, will serve as the company’s sole CEO going forward.

“By any measure, Brandon Hofmann made an indelible impact on Parker’s Kitchen over the past 30 years,” said Parker’s Kitchen Founder and Executive Chairman Greg Parker in the statement. “He’s been the architect behind our innovative store designs, the genius behind our best-in-class retail experience and the creative mind behind many of our award-winning marketing campaigns. We are incredibly grateful for his contributions to Parker’s Kitchen and are wishing him every success in the future.”

Hofmann began his career at the age of 19 working as a third-shift cashier at a Parker’s store in Hinesville, Ga. Over the years, he has served in a variety of leadership roles at Parker’s, including president, chief operating officer, chief marketing officer and district manager, working his way up to the company’s top executive role.

He honed his operational skillset under the mentorship of Greg Parker, creating the modern-day Parker’s Kitchen brand, standardizing store layout and creating a template for future company growth. He also led the company’s rebranding from Parker’s to Parker’s Kitchen.

In March 2025, Parker’s revealed that Hofmann would take over as CEO. At that time, the retailer also announced the transition of Greg Parker to the role of executive chairman. Simultaneously, John Rudolfs stepped up to fill in for Hofmann as president and chief financial officer.

Then in September 2025, the company announced that John Rudolfs would join Hofmann as co-CEO, while John Rhine assumed the role of CFO.

“As we continue to grow, we’re making strategic adjustments to our senior leadership team that are designed to help us work even more collaboratively,” said Greg Parker at the time.

Rudolfs originally joined Parker’s Kitchen in 2021 as the chief development officer. A strong leader and former U.S. Navy officer, he previously served as chief development officer for MAPCO and executive vice president for Murphy Oil Corp./Murphy USA before joining the Parker’s Kitchen team.
