Each year, CStore Decisions asks YOU to identify the next-generation leaders and young executives standing out in the c-store industry for our annual 40 Under 40 Leaders to Watch list. Nominations are now open through Sept. 21.
To be eligible for consideration nominees must be under the age of 40, work for a convenience store chain and have made a significant contribution to their team or company within the past 12 months. While c-store retailers ONLY are eligible for inclusion on this prestigious list, supplier companies are welcome to nominate a retailer who they feel is deserving of recognition.
Those selected for inclusion in this year’s 40 Under 40 will be contacted by CStore Decisions’ editors by the end of October. The 2026 Class of 40 Under 40 will be announced in the 40 Under 40 Virtual Gala held on Dec. 2, and featured in the December issue of CStore Decisions. 2026 40 Under 40 Inductees who are in attendance at the CStore Connections conference this coming spring will be honored in a pinning ceremony during the closing night reception.
