Royal Farms has announced the grand opening of its newest location in Shallotte, N.C., on July 13. The brand-new store, according to a statement from the retailer, will provide 24/7 access to fresh food, fuel and convenience items, continuing its mission of “delighting the communities it calls home.”
To mark the opening, Royal Farms will host a ticketed “Get Ready to ROFO” soft opening event on July 8 and 9, inviting the community to preview the store and grab a complimentary meal from the soft opening menu.
“As we continue to grow in North Carolina, this Shallotte location allows us to expand access to the fresh, fast and friendly experience Royal Farms is known for,” said Joe Kieper, district leader at Royal Farms. “We’re looking forward to becoming part of the daily routine here.”
The new Shallotte location will feature 12 fuel dispensers and extensive made-to-order food options.
The move comes as Royal Farms increasingly invests in its store network. In the past month, the chain has opened new locations in Maryland and Pennsylvania, reinforcing its presence in key U.S. markets.
In Maryland — Royal Farms’ home state — a new location was opened on June 15 in Harwood.
“There’s a unique pride that comes with expanding in the state where we started. We’re looking forward to serving up our signature chicken and fries with the same homegrown hospitality Marylanders have trusted for decades,” said Steve Rymer, district leader at Royal Farms.
Then in early June, the retailer announced that it would unveil a new site in Conshohocken, Pa., which is set to open for business on June 29.
The public has already gotten a glimpse of the Conshohocken store through a soft opening event on June 24 and 25.
“This new Conshohocken location allows us to better serve Montgomery County with the quality, speed and consistency Royal Farms is known for,” said Melanie Clements, district leader at Royal Farms. “We’re excited to open our doors and welcome the community in.”
