Parker’s Kitchen has announced plans to open its first Florida store in late October in Yulee, Fla., near Jacksonville, bringing its total store count in the region to 111. The chain also recently opened new locations in north Myrtle Beach and Lexington, S.C.
“We’re thrilled to accelerate our robust growth plans by opening new stores in exciting new markets and meeting the needs of customers across the Southeast,” said Parker’s Kitchen founder and executive chairman Greg Parker. “We’re committed to elevating what customers can expect from a convenience store and to being a great partner in the communities we serve.”
The chain plans to open a “record number of stores” in 2027, according to a recent statement.
“Entering Florida represents an important step in Parker’s Kitchen’s long-term growth strategy,” said Parker’s Kitchen CEO John Rudolfs. “As we celebrate our 50th anniversary, we’re continuing to build on a strong foundation by expanding into markets where we see meaningful opportunities for growth. North Florida is a natural extension of our footprint, and we look forward to introducing Parker’s Kitchen to a new group of customers while delivering the quality, service and value that have driven our success for five decades.”
The Parker’s Kitchen store in Yulee, Fla. is expected to open in late October and is located at 75970 William Burgess Blvd., near the intersection of I-95 and Hwy. 200. Six Florida sites are expected to be under construction in the first quarter of 2027, with more to follow. The company’s goal is to open 12 new retail stores in Florida before the end of 2027, including one truck stop, as part of its dynamic growth strategy.
The new store in north Myrtle Beach, S.C., opened in early July and is the first Parker’s to serve customers in the city. The company also operates two stores in Little River, S.C., and plans to open additional stores in the Grand Strand area.
The Parker’s Kitchen in Lexington, S.C., opened its doors in early September and is the company’s first retail store in the metro Columbia, S.C., market. The new store is situated near Lake Murray State Park and serves customers in Lexington as well as west Columbia. The company plans to open additional new stores in the Columbia market to meet the growing needs of customers across the region.
All three new stores serve the company’s award-winning Parker’s Kitchen food, which is prepared fresh on-site daily, and offer indoor dining as well as electronic ordering kiosks.
The company’s new stores also feature signature Lowcountry-inspired architecture, gas-lit lanterns, high-end fixtures, designer lighting and state-of-the-art restrooms.
