This marks the ninth year the retailer has earned a spot on the Inc. 5000 list.

Parker’s Kitchen has been included on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list of the fastest growing privately owned companies in America for the ninth time.

The Inc. 5000 list is a prestigious ranking of the nation’s most successful independent and entrepreneurial businesses, recognizing companies that have achieved remarkable growth while driving innovation, creating jobs and shaping the future of the economy. Past honorees include top companies including Microsoft, Meta, Chobani, Oracle and Patagonia.

“We’re incredibly honored to be named to the Inc. 5000 list for the ninth time and, once again, to join the ranks of our nation’s top-performing businesses,” said Parker’s Kitchen Founder and Executive Chairman Greg Parker. “Convenience stores are truly where America shops. Our team works hard every day to continue to redefine the convenience store experience through continuous innovation, a people-first work environment and a deep commitment to making a transformative impact on the communities we serve.”

Among the 5,000 companies on this year’s Inc. 5000 list, the median three-year revenue growth rate was 130%. The companies on the Inc. 5000 list have collectively added more than 627,208 jobs to the U.S. economy over the past three years.

Parker’s and the other honorees will be recognized in the fall 2026 issue of Inc. magazine and at the Inc. 5000 Conference and Gala on Oct. 14-16 in Dallas.

Parker’s Kitchen owns and operates 110 stores across Georgia and South Carolina and is currently expanding into new markets, including Jacksonville, Fla.; Myrtle Beach, S.C.; and Columbia, S.C. Recognized for its commitment to making a positive impact on its communities, the company has donated more than $30 million to a wide range of charitable causes, supporting education, reducing hunger, expanding access to healthcare and helping local veterans.

Founded in Midway, Ga., in 1976, Parker’s employs more than 1,900 team members throughout South Carolina and Georgia and completes more than 1.2 million transactions weekly. The company was named CStore Decisions’ 2020 Chain of the Year.

Industry Accolades

As Parker’s Kitchen continues to be recognized for its rapid business growth, it is also being honored for its commitment to company culture.

In April, the chain was named a Top Workplace for 2026 by USA Today, identifying the company as one of the best places to work in the nation. This marked the second time Parker’s Kitchen earned national acclaim for its positive workplace culture, following inclusion on the list in 2024.

The USA Today 2026 Top Workplaces list features an elite group of companies that have created exceptional, people-first work environments. Regarded as the most credible and authentic global recognition program, the Top Workplaces awards program utilizes feedback from employee surveys to identify America’s best places to work.

“We’re incredibly honored to be named a USA Today Top Workplace for the second time and are thrilled to celebrate this prestigious honor during our milestone 50th anniversary,” said Greg Parker in April. “Our hard-working team members are truly the key to our success over the past five decades. Every day, they help us provide fast, fresh, friendly service to our customers and share our commitment to giving back to the communities we serve in transformative ways.”

Through employee surveys conducted by workplace culture and talent management company Energage, USA Today’s Top Workplaces award program recognizes high-performing people-first cultures.

“These are companies that are successful because they put their people at the center of all that they do,” said Dr. Greg Barnett, chief innovation officer at Energage. “By prioritizing the employee experience, they are known to outproduce, out-innovate and out-deliver the competition.”
