7-Eleven has rolled out a new lineup of value menus across its restaurant brands: Laredo Taco Co., Raise the Roost and Speedy Café.
“With fan-favorite options served up at a great price, the latest lineup makes mealtime easier than ever,” the company noted in a statement.
At Laredo Taco Co., the chain is introducing the Más Value Menu, which features a $5 breakfast meal pairing two Original Breakfast Tacos — chorizo and egg, potato and egg, or bean and cheese — with a small coffee, as well as a $7 lunch meal that includes any two lunch tacos and a large Big Gulp drink.
For Raise the Roost customers, they can find the all-new Raise Your Cravings Menu, featuring popular breakfast and lunch favorites for $4 and under, including the Chicken Biscuit, Sausage & Cheese Muffin, the Crispy Wrap and 4-piece Nuggets, among others.
Speedy Cafe locations are introducing the Speedy Deals Menu, offering under $3 deals on Crispy Wraps and Grilled Wraps, while breakfast staples like the Bacon, Egg and Cheese Croissant and Sausage, Egg and Cheese Biscuit are under $4.
“At 7-Eleven, we’re always striving to help make our customers’ lives a little easier — and mealtime is no exception,” said William Armstrong, senior vice president, restaurant operations and innovation at 7-Eleven. “Across our restaurants, the latest value menus bring together hot, craveable favorites at great value, giving customers an easy answer for breakfast, lunch or dinner during busy schedules.”
7-Eleven is continuing to focus on growing its foodservice and loyalty operations under new CEO Mauricio Leyva, who assumed the role on Aug. 1.
“As CEO, Mauricio will lead the company’s next phase of growth, working closely with SEI’s leadership team to elevate the customer experience, strengthen the store network, advance operational excellence and innovation, and drive sustainable, profitable growth,” the company noted in a statement at the time.
Leyva is a seasoned executive with more than two decades of experience in the consumer products industry. From 2020 to 2024, he served as group president of Keurig Dr Pepper, where he led the company through a critical post-merger transformation, strengthening its operating foundation while shaping and executing a new business strategy.
Prior to Keurig Dr Pepper, Leyva held senior leadership roles at Lala Mexico, AB InBev and SABMiller.
Earlier in his career, he served as CEO of Grupo Modelo, where he also built and scaled Modelorama, one of Mexico’s largest convenience store chains; president of the Middle Americas Zone; and chairman and CEO of SABMiller South Africa.
“I have long admired the 7-Eleven brand, and I am honored to lead SEI at such an important moment in its history,” said Leyva. “I look forward to working closely with our franchise owners, our associates, and the leadership team across Seven & i to unlock SEI’s full potential. Together, we will redefine convenience and bring the 7-Eleven experience to more customers across North America.”
With Leyva’s appointment, the company will continue to accelerate its transformation program as the 7-Eleven brand celebrates its 100th anniversary next year.
