The new 5,630-square-foot store marks Yesway’s 93rd new-to-industry location built in roughly five years.

Yesway has announced the opening of a new Allsup’s location in Odessa, Texas, further advancing the company’s strategic expansion across the state. This marks the 93rd new-to-industry store that Yesway has built over the past approximately five years.

Located at 16460 South Highway 385, the 5,630-square-foot store is open 24 hours a day. Customers can find Allsup’s World Famous Burritos, Yesway private-label snacks and everyday essentials, including fresh bread, milk and eggs. The store also features a beer cave, ATMs and Western Union services.

The new location offers 10 multi-product fuel dispensers, five diesel lanes and 11 truck parking spaces. These amenities “reflect Yesway’s commitment to developing modern, accessible stores that meet the needs of the communities and customers it serves,” the company noted in a statement.

“Our continued growth across Texas is a testament to the dedication of our team members, whose commitment to operational excellence and customer service is at the heart of our success,” said Tom Trkla, chairman, president and CEO of Yesway. “We are proud to invest in Odessa and look forward to welcoming customers to this outstanding new store. Whether stopping in for an Allsup’s World Famous Burrito, picking up everyday essentials or refueling for the road ahead, our customers can count on quality products, modern facilities and the friendly, dependable service that defines our brand.”

But Yesway is not done growing. Last week, the chain announced that it would open its first-ever Arizona store in Willcox on Friday, Oct. 2.

The opening marks “an important milestone in Yesway’s history,” the company wrote in a statement, noting that it is expanding its operating footprint into its 10th state.

With the opening of the Willcox location, Yesway will operate 453 stores across 10 states, further strengthening the company’s presence across the Southwest.

Located at 1151 N. Virginia Ave., the new Allsup’s store represents Yesway’s first investment in Arizona and “the beginning of what the company expects will be a meaningful and growing presence in the state,” the statement continued.

Yesway noted that Arizona is an important component of its broader new-store development strategy, which is currently concentrated in Arizona, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Texas. The company views Arizona as a natural extension of its existing Southwestern footprint and an especially attractive market for future growth, given the state’s expanding communities, favorable fuel market dynamics, significant development opportunities and strong fit with the Allsup’s brand and foodservice offering.

“Opening our first Allsup’s store in Arizona is an exceptionally exciting moment for our company and one of the most significant milestones in Yesway’s history since we founded the company in 2015,” said Trkla last week. “We could not be more pleased to bring Allsup’s to Arizona. We have long believed that Arizona represents an outstanding opportunity for our company, and we are delighted to finally introduce this iconic Southwestern brand to customers in the state.”
