C-store retailers are preparing for National Coffee Day, which is coming up on Sept. 29, with new and innovative limited-time offers (LTOs).
Global Partners
At Newton, Mass.-based Global Partners, Bee’s Knees Benefits members can score a free 16-ounce hot or iced coffee at participating locations nationwide.
“Coffee is part of the daily rhythm for so many of our guests, and National Coffee Day gives us a chance to celebrate that with them,” said Jac Moskalik, head of food, innovation and strategy at Global Partners. “This is a day made for coffee lovers, and we’re celebrating with a free cup for everyone who walks through our doors. For new guests, it’s a first taste of what Bee’s Knees Benefits delivers all year long.”
To claim this offer, Bee’s Knees Benefits members simply present the app barcode at checkout on Sept. 29.
Available at Alltown Fresh and select locations, Global’s coffee program features freshly brewed, small-batch, responsibly sourced beans.
Sheetz
Altoona, Pa.-based Sheetz is offering a free self-serve coffee with any qualifying purchase starting on Sept. 29 through Oct. 1 at all 850-plus Sheetz locations.
To redeem the offer, customers must be enrolled in the My Sheetz Rewardz loyalty program. The offer is limited to one redemption per loyalty member and is not valid with purchases of fuel, alcohol, cigarettes, tobacco, lottery items, half-gallon or gallon milk, financial or prepaid cards, or Sheetz gift cards.
Sheetz Bros. Coffee features four signature blends, ranging from light to dark roast, all freshly ground in-store. For fall, guests can also enjoy seasonal favorites including Pumpkin Chai, Pumpkin Cold Foam and Pumpkin Sh’pice Canned Iced Coffee.
While this offer applies to self-serve coffee only, Sheetz serves a full lineup of Made-to-Order espresso beverages, including cappuccinos, lattes, mochas and more, crafted to order using premium espresso machines.
Stewart’s Shops
Saratoga Springs, N.Y.-based Stewart’s Shops is offering a free hot, iced or cold brew coffee in any size from noon to close on Sept. 29. The offer is available at all Stewart’s Shops locations with no purchase necessary.
“As the weather cools down, warm up with a cup of your favorite Stewart’s coffee,” the retailer noted in a statement. “At Stewart’s, you have multiple coffee flavors to choose from, so there’s something for everyone to enjoy.”
Stewart’s is currently offering the following coffee options: House Blend Coffee, Richer Roast Coffee, Decaf Coffee, Hazelnut Coffee, Blueberry Crumble Coffee, French Vanilla Coffee, Maple French Toast Coffee and Seasonal Pumpkin Spice Coffee.
“At Stewart’s, you know your coffee is made just the way you like it because you make it,” the statement continued. “Pour your favorite coffee, add Stewart’s Half & Half or International Delight flavored creamers, and then sweeten things up with your choice of sweetener to make your coffee how you enjoy it.”
Stewart’s operates 400 shops across upstate New York, Vermont and western New Hampshire.
