The Wm. Wrigley Jr. Co. has revealed that Albert Manzone has joined the company as group vice president and managing director, Western Europe, reporting to Peter Hempstead, senior vice president, Worldwide Strategy and New Business.
Manzone brings 20 years of experience with leading consumer packaged good companies, including 11 years with PepsiCo where he most recently served as senior vice president and general manager, PepsiCo Shelf Stable Juices North America responsible for the Tropicana, Dole and Ocean Spray brands.
Manzone served in various other executive positions while at PepsiCo, including senior vice president, strategy and business development (2002-2005), vice president/general manager, Turkey and Central Asia (1999-2002), director of marketing, China, India and Russia (1997-1999) and director, strategic planning (1996-1997).
He also served as Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Co. (1993-1996) and marketing director, Italy for Philip Morris International (1987-1992).
