Conference set in Orlando, July 12-16.
Online registration for franchisees, exhibitors and sponsors is now open for the National Coalition of Associations of 7-Eleven Franchisees’ (NCASEF) 39th Annual Convention and Trade Show, scheduled for July 12–16, 2014 in Orlando at the world-famous Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel.
The theme of this year’s convention, “Celebrating Franchisees,” honors the hard-working men and women who operate 7-Eleven franchises around the country.
Last July, 62 major sponsors and more than 300 exhibitors participated in the 38th Annual Convention and Trade Show in Las Vegas, which proved to be a phenomenal event for all involved. Highlights of that convention included the NCASEF’s donations of more than $750,000 to Hire Heroes USA and $110,000 to Susan G. Komen For The Cure. This year the NCASEF will again engage in a charity fundraising campaign, beginning in the Spring with Swim Across America, a charity dedicated to fighting cancer, being designated as the major beneficiary.
“It’s a great time in our industry to be a franchisee,” stated Joe Galea, chairman of the NCASEF. “There are many challenges for franchisees, but even more so, there are amazing opportunities for franchisees. The national coalition represents the hardest-working and most professional men and women in the convenience store industry and we are honored to represent them. At this convention, we will celebrate their commitment, their passion and their service,” Galea concluded.
The National Coalition of Associations of 7-Eleven Franchisees is the national trade group for 7-Eleven storeowners in the U.S., representing the interests of almost 4,700 convenience store owners whose 6,067 franchise-owned stores employ over 40,000 workers.
