ExxonMobil is increasing customer satisfaction with its new Synergy gasoline.
Customers at Exxon- and Mobil- branded stations across the U.S. now have access to a new and improved gasoline. This new fuel enhances vehicle performance and gas mileage through a proprietary additive formulation that features seven key ingredients which help remove intake valve deposits.
“The new additive formula, which is part of our suite of Fuel Technology Synergy products, is a step-change innovation for our Exxon- and Mobil-branded stations compared to our previous additive package,” said Rob Wollard, Americas retail fuels marketing manager for ExxonMobil Fuels, Lubricants and Specialties Marketing Co. “From our new Speedpass+ mobile payment option to our Plenti loyalty program, we are constantly looking for new ways to enhance our customers’ experiences and overall satisfaction with our products and services.”
The gasoline was developed at the same ExxonMobil research and engineering labs as ExxonMobil Formula 1 racing fuels, and includes dual detergents to clean key engine parts, such as intake valves. It has been extensively tested to ensure optimum performance.
Synergy gasoline is available at almost 11,000 Exxon- and Mobil-branded retail stations in the U.S. The breakthrough Synergy forecourt image has been piloted at 50 locations in the U.S. and will be implemented nationwide in a multi-year rollout as part of ExxonMobil’s continuous efforts to enhance customer’s buying experiences.
