Starting Feb. 20, consumers can enjoy deals from free coffee and fountain drinks to buy-one-get-one foodservice offers.

QuickChek is celebrating its 50th anniversary by rewarding c-store customers with 10 weeks of promotions, featuring five offers per week.

The Whitehouse Station, N.J.-based fresh convenience market chain will begin offering a variety of in-store and mobile app offers beginning Monday, Feb. 20, 2017 through April 30, 2017.

“We are thrilled to celebrate 50 years of meeting the needs of our customers,” said QuickChek CEO Dean Durling. “While we opened the very first QuickChek store on March 15, 1967, we feel our customers deserve more than a one-day celebration. We have 50 very exciting offers over the next two months covering our extensive menu of fresh food, beverages and on-the-go snack items that we’re sure you’ll enjoy.”

Each week starting Feb. 20, consumers can enjoy a wide range of deals and savings, ranging from free coffee and fountain drinks to buy-one-get-one offers from QuickChek’s innovative menu of breakfast sandwiches, handcrafted subs and smoothies to freshly made hot snacks and packaged goods.

The QuickChek story actually began in 1888 when Durling Farms was founded to serve the central New Jersey region. Over the following 79 years, the Durling Farms brand grew to become synonymous with quality milk and dairy products, delivered fresh to the customer’s door.

In 1967, Carlton C. Durling founded QuickChek to ensure that loyal Durling Farms customers had a neighborhood shopping destination not only for their milk but for a full range of deli and other food products. He opened the very first QuickChek store on March 15, 1967 in Dunellen, N.J.

Today, the family-owned company is the market leader in the New York metropolitan area through innovation and its focus on fresh products and friendly employees. Privately-held, QuickChek has 147 fresh convenience markets throughout New Jersey, New York’s Hudson Valley and Long Island. In 2016, it was named Convenience Store Decisions’ Convenience Store Chain of the Year, and it has also been named the industry’s Food Service Innovator of the Year.

“Our company has been built on total customer dedication and we remain committed to what our customer wants, which is high-quality, great tasting food and beverages close to where they live and work,” said Durling, whose company was voted as making the best coffee in America in a national consumer survey in 2014.

QuickChek offers handcrafted quality, guaranteed.

Its fresh convenience markets offer touchscreen technology enabling customers to create delicious handcrafted oven-toasted fresh subs, sandwiches, wraps and salads and personalized hot and cold beverages exactly as they want them, any time of day or night.

In addition to its renowned coffee wall, in-store Q Cafés feature friendly baristas who custom-make more than 60 varieties of handcrafted hot and iced cold drinks, including blended-to-order fruit smoothies and fresh-brewed espressos brewed with QuickChek’s Dark Roast espresso beans in regular, decaf and extra shots.

QuickChek stores provide one-stop shopping, offering a wide variety of grocery and market items including fresh baked goods from an in-store bakery and excellent customer service provided by locally hired team members. Most stores are open 24 hours with the company continuing to expand its mobile ordering menu to meet the needs of today’s on-the-go consumer.

Consumers can enjoy additional convenience and savings at any of the company’s 147 store locations throughout New Jersey, the Hudson Valley and Long Island by downloading the QuickChek mobile app at www.quickchek.com. Loyal customers are also rewarded with a free coffee after they purchase six coffees.
