Gallagher brothers, Keelan and Colin, set to expand store network and private label tobacco brand.
Smoker Friendly has announced that the next generation of Gallagher brothers, Keelan and Colin, have been assigned full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the Smoker Friendly Authorized Dealer Program.
Within this capacity Keelan and Colin will be responsible for developing Smoker Friendly’s sales and marketing strategy with the goal of expanding the Smoker Friendly Authorized Dealer network of stores as well as growing the Smoker Friendly Private Label total tobacco brand within existing Authorized Dealers.
While both are engaged in growing the Smoker Friendly brand, Colin’s primary responsibility will be as the director of operations and business development with the tasks of managing existing Smoker Friendly Authorized Dealers as well as focusing on expanding the Smoker Friendly network.
Keelan’s primary responsibility will be as director of trade marketing and brands tasked with managing the Smoker Friendly Private Label brand, the relationships with Smoker Friendly’s manufacturing partners, as well as designing and implementing the brand’s promotional strategy.
Keelan and Colin will both be reporting to Terry Gallagher, Jr., who maintains his role as president of Smoker Friendly. Additionally, Mary Szarmach will maintain her role as the vice president of government affairs, also reporting to Terry Gallagher, Jr.
Colin joined the Smoker Friendly team in April of 2017. Prior to joining Smoker Friendly, Colin spent the past seven years as an international tax consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Denver. He is a certified public accountant in the state of Colorado.
Keelan joined the Smoker Friendly team in 2014. Keelan has prior tobacco industry experience dating back to 2004. He has held various sales and marketing roles within Swisher International, Santa Fe Natural Tobacco Co., and Swedish Match during that time.
The Smoker Friendly Authorized Dealer program provides a total tobacco private label brand, industry expertise, a well-known name, and geographic exclusivity to tobacco retailers desiring an alternative to the contracts offered by big tobacco.
