Sheetz Vs. Wawa documentary aims to settle age-old debate.

A new documentary is looking to get to the bottom of one of Pennsylvania’s hotly debated topics—which convenience store is better: Sheetz or Wawa.

The two fiercely loved c-store chains both have headquarters in Pennsylvania, and both have huge fan followings.

According to Pennlive.com, the film’s creator, Matthew Fridge, works for a Pittsburgh production company, and having grown up in ‘Sheetz territory’ in the western half of the state, he now lives in ‘Wawa territory.’ He’s eager to settle the c-store debate when he releases his film in 2019, pending funding.

The documentary is expected to include fan stories as well as information about the history and culture of the businesses. He also plans to include a test, which could be anything from coffee tasting to a tug of war, Pennlive.com reported.

Fridge added that the documentary would be both fun and serious.
