CEFCO travel center marks the chain’s largest store to date.
CEFCO Convenience Stores has introduced a new CEFCO Travel Centerat 16242 US Hwy 271, Tyler, TX 75708. The new location opened its doors on Friday, May 4.
This is CEFCO’s first store opening in 2018 and its largest store to date. The CEFCO Travel Center includes extensive trucker and traveler amenities including robust, delicious, and fresh hot/cold food options.
Guest can conveniently select from tasty “Fresh Eats” grab-n-go menu, or enjoy a “Fresh Yo” self-service frozen yogurt. For those who would like to sit and stay or take a meal to-go, Carl’s Jr. and Subway anchor the travel center. It is the first Carl’s Jr. QSR operation for CEFCO. Conveniently positioned at the intersection of IH-20 and Hwy 271, the Travel Center is the first prototype of this size with a combined square footage of 13,800 sq ft, on over 25 acres, and it creates over 100 local jobs for the community, across three businesses.
For long haul guests, the Travel Center offers a truckers lounge, showers, laundry facilites, CAT Scales, seven truck fueling lanes, and 96 parking spaces for semi- trucks. For everyday travelers and local neighbors, CEFCO offers 72 parking spaces, 4 RV/Bus spaces, an RV Dump, 16 Auto Fueling positions and a Dog Park.
