CStore Decisions’ and Humetrics’ 12th annual HR Benchmarking Survey is ending Monday, March 2. This is the final call to participate in the survey regarding labor management practices in return for exclusive insights on how your c-store chain measures up against others in the c-store industry.
The survey is open to convenience store retailers, and those who take the survey will be entered into a drawing to win a $100 gift card. But that’s not all.
The survey — now in its 12th year — provides key insights into best practices in labor management from recruiting, hiring, training and retention to attracting the new Gen Z workforce. It also helps determine the latest trends in labor management including pay scale for frontline, hourly employees and managers, allowing hiring managers to understand exactly how their compensation packages stack up with others in the industry.
To support your frontline, hourly employee forecasting, planning and management activities, CStore Decisions and Humetrics’ president Mel Kleiman have collaborated on these annual surveys since 2009. If you will take about 20 minutes to complete this mostly multiple-choice survey, in return, you will:
