The Take & Bake model was designed to compliment the dinner daypart, especially for retailers looking to capitalize on the growing take-and-bake trend. Lettieri’s new self-rising pizza gives retailers the opportunity to merchandize a quality pizza-by-the-slice pizza program with minimal space requirements. The 14-inch Lettieri’s pizza is available in five varieties including Supreme, Pepperoni, Sausage & Pepperoni, Four-Cheese and Breakfast.
