Federal Heath to help Kwik Trip create its digital messaging program to better connect with customers.
Kwik Trip Inc. is partnering with Federal Heath to create its interior digital messaging program.
The interior messaging consists of a powerful content management system (CMS) and hardware, which includes eight to 12 screens per location. The screens are strategically placed throughout the store, including the roller grill, beer cooler, register and beverage bar. The signage will allow Kwik Trip to more effectively merchandise their product offerings while delivering an enhanced customer experience with animations, dayparting, community recognition and much more.
“It’s a significant project that will positively impact all of our stores across Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa. Account Executive, Greg Root and Account Manager, Alaina Luciano have been great partners and we have been pleased with the initial roll out,” said Mark Meisner, director of marketing for Kwik Trip. “Federal Heath provided a wealth of digital display knowledge, expertise and communication, which convinced us to move forward with their solution. Our goal is to now have digital display in all 600+ stores by Oct. 1, 2019.”
The cloud-based software controlling the digital screens allows Kwik Trip to centrally manage and inform their screens anytime, anywhere, from its La Crosse, Wis. corporate headquarters.
